Best Buy Starts Plugging The Next Series Of Google Pixel 4

Take what you know about rendering, leaks, and rumors and when it comes to the Google Pixel 4 series, throw it all away. Google caught our attention in June; After a series of renderings showing a black square camera module on the back of Pixel 4, Google shared an official photo of the phone confirming that the design was real. It was just unusual and a month later, Google released a video that promoted its new features of Face Unlock and Motion Sense. The first is a secure face recognition system that should work regardless of where the phone is located. And because it detects when a user is on the phone, a Pixel owner can lift the device and unlock it with one movement. Motion Sense uses Google’s Soli radar chips to allow the phone to be controlled with subtle hand gestures.

It is assumed that Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL will be presented early next month, but in another leap of tradition, the electronic retailer Big Buy has already created a web page to promote the new phones. The advance mentions that Motion Sense will only be available in certain countries (since the Soli chips require approval to be transmitted on certain frequencies). The feature will be enabled in the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, and most European countries. It will not be available in Japan. The image on the site was taken by Google in June and there is a link to the video that was released in July. You can also register your e-mail address with Best Buy to be notified when the release details of Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are made public.

We could see that the new Pixel 4 series has 6 GB of memory, the most found in a Pixel phone

Android Q app

Based on the leaked specs, Pixel 4 XL will be equipped with a 6.3-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3040. Pixel 4 will carry a 5.7-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2280. Both phones will have an Aspect ratio of 19: 9 and a refresh rate of 90Hz; Traditional smartphone screens are updated at 60Hz and the higher speed will make the game’s animations fluid, while the scrolling will be as smooth as butter. Both models will be equipped with the Snapdragon 855 mobile platform (no Plus). This is one of the disadvantages of launching a flagship phone so late in the year; Only a few months after the launch of Pixel, we will see the first Android phones with the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. And then the cycle repeats. We could see a 50% increase in memory for the new Pixel 4 series. Since the first Pixel was launched in 2016, each model has had 4 GB of RAM, even the mid-range Pixel 3a. But if the rumors are correct, the next models will come with 6 GB of memory and 64 GB / 128 GB of storage space.

For the first time, Google plans to place more than one camera on the back of a Pixel. The line is known for taking excellent photographs thanks to the image processing capabilities of Pixel phones. This year, Pixel 4 XL could carry a 12 MP main camera, a 16 MP camera with 5x optical zoom and a spectral sensor. The Pixel 4 camera module could include 12MP and 16MP snappers. According to reports, a 3700 mAh battery will be inside the Pixel 4 XL, while the Pixel 4 could have a 2800 mAh battery. Both phones will be pre-installed with Android 10 and are guaranteed to receive Android 11 next year and Android 12 in 2021.
