It would appear Apple is having such a separate with regards to iCloud sign-in or actuation, as users complain about not being ready to sign-in to new devices and enact them.
The issue started around 1:45 AM Pacific Time, on December 25th, and is affecting different devices, similar to the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and so on.
Apple has acknowledged the issue and has said it’s working on the issue to determine it immediately. It is very annoying having purchased another Apple TV, HomePod, Mac, or iOS device, and to be confronted with initiation and sign-in errors.
Apple has said that it should be fixed in two or three hours, while we actually attempt to get a grasp on how far-reaching the issue really is.

For the time being however if you head on over to Apple’s System Status site over at apple.com/uphold/systemstatus, you will see the ‘iCloud Account and Sign In‘ tab labeled with an “Issue”.

Best case scenario, it is encouraged to not go take some outrageous measures with your new Apple device at the present time and simply stand by till the administration is up as Apple has said it would be in several hours.
