We are just days away from the launch of the Galaxy Note 10 and now we have a real-world view of the huge Note 10+. In addition, Samsung has confirmed a number of features that reach the Note 10 line, many of which have been rumors.
Let’s start with the Note 10+ video. As reported, a new YouTube clip has appeared that shows Samsung’s flagship aboard the subway. And the design corresponds to previous leaks.
During the 33 second video, you can see that Note 10+ looks quite big in the hands of the person, thanks to its huge 6.8-inch screen. The tester must move the phablet up and down while interacting with the device. Located in the upper central part of the screen, there is a fairly small cutout or a hole for the front camera.
The Galaxy S10 line placed the crop for the camera in the upper right corner, but the Note 10 is said to be moving this hole. This was supported by different renderings of Note 10 and filtered photos. At least when the background is black in the video, it is difficult to distinguish this clipping, but it is more evident when the screen has a white background.
Samsung Confirms The Galaxy Note 10 Superfast Charge
If we take into account the features, Samsung is setting up a Galaxy Note 10 First Look for customers on August 10 in its Samsung 837 flagship store in New York. Discovered by TechRadar, the promotion lists a handful of features: “Be among the first to get hands-on with all the highly-anticipated new features. These include Intelligent Battery, Superfast Charge, Wireless PowerShare, the next-generation S Pen, and so much more.”
Wireless PowerShare is kind of an old hat right now since it debuted in the Samsung Galaxy S10 line, but Superfast Charge is more intriguing. This could mean that Note 10 and Note 10+ will offer a 25-watt load, as well as the Galaxy S10 5G, or it can increase the load up to 45 watts.
One of the rumors says that the Galaxy Note 10 line offers a factory charge of 25 W with the option of buying a 45 W charger for those who want to consume even faster.
Samsung already talked about the technology of smart battery with the Galaxy S10, whose adaptive power-saving mode “adopts how and when you use the phone” to save energy.
New generation S pen
The next-generation S Pen is more exciting. The details were pretty clear about what Samsung planned for its stylus, but we heard that the new S Pen for Note 10 could contain a camera (according to the patents). According to reports, the S Pen will also support gesture recognition (so you should be able to do things without touching the screen) and there may be additional sound effects when using the pen.
Other items on the Galaxy Note 10 include much better cameras (with up to four lenses on the back) and the death of both the headphone jack and the microSD card slot.
